We staff all of our projects to create high quality deliverables as well as to minimize the costs of our clients. Generally, a full-fledged project team consists of:

-A case officer from our Belgian office-this experienced and English speaking consultant will be responsible for project management, quality control of client deliverables, and day-to-day communication with our clients.

-A senior manager or partner from our China office-this seasoned Chinese business professional will be in charge of managing the China based project team as well as building access to and establishing relationships with senior business executives and/or government officials in China.

One or multiple business analysts from our China office-these highly trained business analysts will be responsible for conducting market research in China as well as analyzing data and generating hypothesis.
